Embassy Services and Nucleus Office Parks a conference for Integrated Facility Management

The IFM industry in India is expected to grow at around 17 per cent to cross US$19 billion mark in the next five years. The organised IFM sector is set to flourish with increasing acceptance of outsourcing non-core activities, growth in demand from commercial and industrial customers to deliver superior lifestyle experiences to end-users, and the government’s push for smart cities. In a collaborative initiative, Embassy Services (ESPL) and Nucleus Office Parks presented a business conference for Integrated Facility Management (IFM) sector called Mastermind 2020 - “Changing landscape of Property Management Services”.  The debuting Think Tank took place at the Trident in Mumbai. This powerful conglomerate of experienced companies met to discuss the booming industry sector which manages the biggest infrastructure of the country. The industry gurus discussed the scope of growth for the sector and innovative solutions that make the day to day operation of large properties like office parks smoother and hassle-free.The other companies present for the event were KPMG, Nexus Mall, Pavillion Mall, Westend Mall, Blackstone and CBRE. The first session of Mastermind 2020 witnessed industry leaders like Pradeep Lala, CEO and Managing Director, ESPL; Quaiser Parvez, CEO, Nucleus Office Parks; Vikram Garg, Managing Director, Blackstone; Chintan Patel, National Head-Building, Construction & Real Estate; and Aneesh Kadyan, Executive Director- Head PM Ops, CBRE, among others. The agenda of the conference included market trends and new solutions, technology intervention in the modern workplace, innovation-led efficiency programme for enhancing client experiences. Embassy Services aimed at introducing this knowledge sharing and collaborative platform under their main motives to Ignite, Share and Ascend.
