Emperium Launches Rs 1.7 Billion Housing Project

Emperium Group has launched ‘Emperium Titan’, an ultra-premium residential project in Sector 88A on Dwarka Expressway, with an estimated revenue potential of Rs 1.7 billion.

The 1.03-acre development comprises 74 fully air-conditioned 3BHK apartments, each measuring 1,906 sq ft, along with 20 high-street retail units. All residential units are priced at Rs 24.5 million.

Ravi Saund, Founder & Director, Emperium Group, said, "We've always worked with three principles at Emperium: Apnapan, Sustainability, and Innovation. They drive our decisions on design, construction, and delivery timelines. For Titan, we're using Mivan construction technology because it gives us better structural quality and helps us stick to deadlines. But the bigger goal isn't just good engineering, it's creating homes where people feel they belong. We want spaces that last, that are legacy worthy. That's what Titan represents for us."

The launch strengthens the company’s presence in Haryana, where it has delivered 1.68 million sq ft across more than 14 projects to over 6,000 residents. It is targeting an additional 3.23 million sq ft over the next three years.

The project is IGBC Platinum-rated and incorporates sustainability features such as solar-powered common areas, rainwater harvesting, EV charging infrastructure and low-VOC materials.

Amenities include a clubhouse, gym, yoga studio, swimming pool, pickleball court and rooftop running track, along with 24/7 security and full power backup. The project benefits from connectivity to Cyber City, the airport and key healthcare and metro infrastructure.
