Godrej Properties secures bids for 2 housing plots in Gurugram

Godrej Properties (GPL) had become the highest bidder and had obtained the letter of intent to develop two group housing plots through an e-auction conducted by the Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP).

Gaurav Pandey, Managing Director and CEO of the company, mentioned that it aligned well with their expansion strategy and would further strengthen their position as a leading real estate developer in NCR.

It was mentioned that these two parcels of land were situated along the Golf Course Road in Gurugram. The combined estimated revenue potential of the two projects, spanning over 2.76 acre and 5.15 acre respectively, was approximately Rs 31 billion.
