Godrej records Rs 12.1 bn sales for two new buildings in Mumbai

Godrej Properties' two brand-new home developments in Mumbai have generated sales bookings worth Rs 12.1 billion. The business began construction on two new projects during the first quarter of current fiscal year: Godrej Ascend in Kolshet Road, Thane, and Godrej Horizon in Dadar, Wadala.

The company has altogether sold more than 700 residences accounting for an area of about 8.08 lakh sq ft for both projects.

In 2021–22, Godrej Properties recorded sales bookings of Rs 78.61 bn, and for the current fiscal year, it has set a target of Rs 100 bn.

During April to June 2022, its sales bookings increased five-fold to Rs 25.2 bn, which is the largest first quarter sales ever.
