The Eden House Za'abeel project has been developed in collaboration with architecture studio DXB Lab and acclaimed designer Tristan Auer. It brings a fresh vision to urban living in Dubai, offering a limited number of exquisitely designed apartments and penthouses. The units range from one- to three-bedroom layouts and include expansive wrap-around balconies and high-end finishes, catering to discerning buyers in a competitive, upscale market.
