IHCL Expands Wellington Mews Brand to UAE with First Branded Residences

The Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), parent company of Taj Hotels, has signed its first Taj Wellington Mews at Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah (UAE), in partnership with BNW Developments, a luxury real estate firm.

The Taj Wellington Mews brand represents IHCL’s premier branded hotel apartments, with existing properties in Mumbai and Chennai. The new UAE property is expected to launch soon after Ramadan.

“This partnership is a confluence of legacy and innovation, designed to cater to global connoisseurs and investors,” said Puneet Chhatwal, MD & CEO of IHCL. The company remains open to expanding its footprint with more such projects.
