Inspira Builders acquires over two acres of land in Bengaluru

Inspira Builders has bought over two acres of land in the Electronic City of India, Bengaluru. An international property consultant, Savills India, facilitated the deal information to the media.

The company will construct a residential township across two lakh sq ft having an estimate of Rs 150 crore.

The company told the media that the stalled project has many stakeholders to deal with, but the Savills team was instrumental in settling all the pending issues of the land and landowners concerns to close the deal.

Earlier, the land was to be developed by Sycon Construction, and now it is taken over by Inspira Builders.

A senior Director of Savills India, Rajan Kumar, said that in a few months, the company would anticipate more, including the residential projects gaining traction given the connectivity and infrastructure around Bengaluru.
