Kolte-Patil Signs Pune JV For Rs 8.5 Billion GDV

Kolte-Patil Developers Limited has entered into a joint development agreement for a residential project in Bhugaon, Pune, strengthening its presence in one of the city’s fast-emerging suburban micro-markets.

Spread across approximately five acres, the proposed project will offer around 1 million sq ft of saleable residential space and carries an estimated gross development value (GDV) of Rs 8.5 billion.

Bhugaon is witnessing growing residential demand due to its blend of natural surroundings and expanding urban connectivity. The project site is surrounded by established neighbourhoods such as Bavdhan and Kothrud and benefits from proximity to the Mumbai–Pune Expressway as well as Shivaji Nagar railway station. The location also offers access to key social infrastructure including schools, hospitals, shopping destinations and entertainment hubs, making it attractive for homebuyers.

Commenting on the development, Mr Rajesh Patil, Managing Director, Kolte-Patil Developers Limited, said the transaction aligns with the company’s strategy to strengthen its footprint in high-potential residential micro-markets. He added that the Bhugaon project represents a step forward in expanding the firm’s capital-efficient partnership model while delivering well-designed homes tailored to evolving customer aspirations in Pune.
