LML Realty Launches Cinema Campaign on Industrial Vision

LML Realty has launched a cinema advertising campaign in partnership with PVR INOX across 81 screens in Gurugram and Faridabad, showcasing the brand’s transformation from a mobility icon to an industrial infrastructure developer.

The campaign features a cinematic brand film tracing LML’s journey since 1972, beginning with its iconic scooters and highlighting its evolution into creating infrastructure solutions that support India’s manufacturing growth.

The film focuses on LML Industrial Park at Jhirka Valley, the company’s flagship industrial development approved under the Haryana Government’s PADMA (Promoting Access and Development of MSME Advancement) Scheme. The project is designed to provide MSMEs with modern industrial infrastructure, policy-backed incentives and execution-ready facilities.

The campaign also highlights LML Realty’s Built-to-Suit Factory solution, which integrates land acquisition, factory construction, statutory approvals and infrastructure development under a single contract with a defined delivery timeline. Businesses can either own their manufacturing facility or lease a ready-to-operate factory.

The brand film showcases the benefits available under the PADMA Scheme, including financial incentives, infrastructure support and policy advantages aimed at encouraging MSME investments in Haryana.

Commenting on the campaign, Dr Yogesh Bhatia, Managing Director & CEO, LML Realty, said, “Every strong brand has a story, and ours spans more than five decades. While millions remember LML for its contribution to India's mobility revolution, today we are building a new legacy by creating infrastructure that supports India's manufacturing future.”

The campaign will run across premium PVR INOX properties in Gurugram and Faridabad, targeting entrepreneurs, business owners, professionals and investors across key NCR markets. Through cinema-led storytelling, LML Realty aims to strengthen awareness of its industrial infrastructure offerings.

The campaign follows LML Realty’s plans to expand its industrial infrastructure presence in North India, including its Rs 250 crore investment in the 45-acre Jhirka Valley Industrial Park. The company has outlined a vision to develop 100 industrial parks over the next decade, supporting MSMEs and India’s manufacturing ecosystem.
