Major Developments Promotes Salih Elalo as Chief Projects Officer

Major Developments has elevated Salih Elalo to the role of Chief Projects Officer (CPO), recognising his leadership, project delivery record, and expertise in driving landmark developments across the UAE. 

With over 20 years of experience, Elalo has overseen residential, hospitality, mixed-use, and large-scale infrastructure projects. Since joining the company in 2023 as Projects Director, he has led signature developments including Manta Bay—the world’s first Sky Beach project in Ras Al Khaimah—ensuring world-class standards in design and innovation.
