Million Dollar Listing UAE Returns With Season Two

STARZPLAY, the subscription video-on-demand platform in the MENA region, along with co-producer Image Nation Abu Dhabi, has premiered the second season of Million Dollar Listing UAE, reviving one of its most talked-about reality franchises. Sponsored by Aldar and DAMAC, the new season launches on December 10, 2025, bringing renewed rivalries, high-stakes property deals and personal storylines set against the competitive real estate markets of Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

The series sees the return of veteran realtor and Executive Producer Ben Bandari, alongside Riad Gohar and Rami Wahood, each reprising their roles with distinct styles and competitive intensity. Joining the cast this season are Sarah Serhan and Mai Khaled, two new entrants whose arrival disrupts established dynamics and raises the stakes across the board. While premium property listings provide the backdrop, the narrative centres on ambition, tension and evolving alliances among the agents.

The STARZPLAY Original is based on the Emmy-nominated Million Dollar Listing format from Bravo and was the first international adaptation produced outside the United States. The format is licensed globally by NBCUniversal Formats, part of Universal Studio Group.

Season two delves deeper into the motivations driving the region’s most ambitious real estate professionals. Spanning 12 episodes, the series follows five agents as they navigate personal challenges and major opportunities within one of the world’s most dynamic property markets. The show is produced by Navigation Films, which has also worked on other UAE-based reality series, including The Real Housewives of Dubai.

Inspired by global editions such as Million Dollar Listing New York and Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, the UAE version offers a distinct local perspective. Staying true to its tagline, No Bling. All Real, the new season places emphasis on authenticity, highlighting how personality and relationships can be as influential as property itself.

Episodes of Million Dollar Listing UAE Season Two will stream exclusively on STARZPLAY from December 10, 2025, with two new episodes released each week. Season one remains available on the platform.
