Mittal, HoABL to Build Rs 30 Billion Project in Naigaon

Mittal Builders has signed a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) with House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) to co-develop an 11-acre residential and retail project in Naigaon, Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). The development will include 30 lakh sq ft of built-up area comprising over 4,600 apartments and high-street retail. The launch is scheduled for the second quarter of FY26.

The project involves an estimated investment of Rs 20 billion and is expected to generate a gross development value (GDV) of over Rs 30 billion in the next three to five years, according to a company statement released on Thursday.

Rahul Mittal, Promoter of Mittal Builders, said, “Naigaon is fast emerging as a key growth hub in the MMR. This JV with HoABL brings together our respective strengths to drive Naigaon's transformation into an integrated urban destination.”

Mittal Builders has already delivered 2 million sq ft of residential space in Naigaon, housing over 2,000 families, along with a school educating more than 2,500 students. HoABL, founded in 2020, has developed approximately 15 million sq ft across four plotted projects and is now entering the group housing segment.

Mittal Builders, established in 1952, has a legacy of 50 million sq ft delivered across 2,000+ buildings in cities including Mumbai, Pune, Thane, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Nagpur.
