Panchshil Realty Secures Integrated ISO Certification Across 12 Parks

Panchshil Realty has secured an Integrated Management System certification across its 12 office parks, covering 16.6 million (mn) sq ft of commercial space. The portfolio was certified against four globally recognised ISO standards: ISO 9001:2015 for quality management, ISO 14001:2015 for environmental management, ISO 45001:2018 for occupational health and safety and ISO 41001:2018 for facility management. The certifications are intended to reinforce the firm's focus on quality, sustainability, safety and operational excellence.

The certified assets comprise information technology, special economic zone and mixed-use office parks developed and managed by Panchshil Realty, and include three office parks operated under Ventive Hospitality. Key Panchshil locations named in the certification include EON Free Zone I and II, World Trade Centre Pune, Panchshil Business Park East and West, Tech Park One, Panchshil Tech Park Shivajinagar, Panchshil Avenue and Quadra I. The Ventive Hospitality portfolio encompasses Business Bay, the International Convention Centre and Panchshil Tech Park Hinjewadi.

The certification scope covers end-to-end integrated facility management services, spanning engineering operations and maintenance, soft services, safety and security systems, civil upkeep and digital facility management enablement. These measures are intended to ensure seamless, efficient and value-driven operations across all assets. The accreditations were awarded under globally recognised frameworks including the International Accreditation Forum (IAF), the National Accreditation Board for Certification Bodies (NABCB) and the Egyptian Accreditation Council (EGAC).
