Parsvnath Launches Integrated Township Project In Rajpura

Parsvnath Developers Limited, one of India’s leading real estate and infrastructure companies, is developing a project in Rajpura, Punjab, on land measuring 112.856 acres. The township is strategically located along GT Road, near Shambu Border Railway Station, and approximately 20 km from Ambala and Chandigarh, offering seamless connectivity to essential amenities and major commercial and residential centres.
The integrated township will include plots, group housing, commercial complexes, clubs, and schools. The project has received all necessary licenses from the competent authorities for construction and development, which will be carried out in a planned and systematic manner.
Parsvnath has entered into a Development Management Agreement with Emperor Infratech Private Limited, appointed as the Development Manager for the project. The Development Manager will oversee the development, completion, implementation, sales, marketing, and maintenance of the township. The manager will ensure timely completion, facilitate possession for existing customers, and manage the sale of unsold inventory to complete the project.
