Puravankara enters into a new line of Uber-luxury homes

Aligning with its strategy of disrupting Indian residential real estate market, Puravankara, one of India’s reputed residential builders, today announced the launch of a new residential line ‘WorldHome Collection’ in the Uber luxury space. With more than four decades of domain expertise, the company launched the WorldHome Collection, targeted at a niche demographic, to provide sustainable, futuristic and exclusive homes. It also announced the launch of its first project – Purva Atmosphere, under the new line of Uber luxury homes.

Puravankara has plans to add three to four properties in the next one to two years in this segment. The company will be selective in which project qualifies to be under the niche residential line.

Sharing his vision Ashish Puravankara, Managing Director, Puravankara, said, “The evolved home buyers in 2020 will be looking for homes with a holistic living experience. Luxury for today’s home buyers do not mean marble floors or chandeliers on the ceiling; so as we at Puravankara have always been and will continue to remain agile and responsive to the customers’ needs. This gave birth to the idea of a niche brand, an identity and a holistic experience – WorldHome Collection which is not limited in the definition of luxury.”

Abhishek Kapoor, COO-Residential, Puravankara, said, “Being a homeowner has always been the big Indian dream. Today, a home buyer’s perception of a home has evolved dramatically; today’s home buyer is a global citizen. We are delighted to announce Purva Atmosphere, the first project under our new residential line. Among so many curated features at Purva Atmosphere, for the first time in India, we will be launching a housing project with an outdoor air filtration system. We are optimistic about the growth of this brand and are geared towards our exciting launch pipeline.”

The three key elements that elevates a project to WorldHome Collection are large spaces of green openness; state-of-the-art home technology; and a curated holistic living experience.

Purva Atmosphere is the first flagship project under WorldHome Collection and is designed by renowned German architect Hadi Teherani. The project will have an air purification tower – Kurin, cleaning and purifying the air in and around the radius of the property, by discharging 1.3 million cubic meters of clean, pollution-free air every hour. The project provides high quality living experience to the customers with features like Google Home, pure drinking water off the tap, Miyawaki forest to name a few. Located in a fast- developing area like Thanisandra, Bengaluru, Purva Atmosphere has 2, 2.5 and 3 BHK spacious apartments with luxurious exteriors and interiors which are curated for home buyers who look for holistic living experience.
