Royal Orchid & Regenta Hotels (ROHL), one of India’s fastest-growing hospitality chains, has announced the signing of Regenta Suites & Residences Jaipur, a 60-key property located in the heart of Jaipur City Center. The hotel will be operated under a hotel management agreement, further reinforcing the company’s asset-light growth strategy.

Designed in a suites and residences format, the upcoming property will cater to long-stay guests, business travellers and families seeking spacious accommodation with enhanced comfort and convenience. The development aligns with the growing demand for extended-stay hospitality offerings in key urban and leisure destinations.

Regenta Suites & Residences Jaipur is being developed by SSBC Group, owned by Madan Lal Yadav, and is strategically positioned to provide easy access to Jaipur’s commercial hubs, lifestyle districts and prominent cultural landmarks. The hotel is expected to commence operations by April 2026, adding a contemporary hospitality option to the Pink City under the Regenta brand.

With Jaipur continuing to attract steady demand from business, leisure and long-stay travellers, the signing strengthens Royal Orchid & Regenta Hotels’ presence in Rajasthan and underscores its focus on expanding in high-potential city markets.
