Sai Estate Consultant Directors nabbed for fraud & forgery in Mumbai

In connection with a cheating and forgery case, builders Amit Wadhwani and Vicky Wadhwani have been apprehended by the Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of the Mumbai police. Their partner Lalit Dharmani is currently being sought by the authorities.

It marks the third instance in which Wadhwani has faced arrest. According to Deputy Commissioner of Police (EOW) Sangramsingh Nishandar, an FIR was lodged at Amboli police station in Andheri. Subsequently, Amit and Vicky were arrested under the IPC sections pertaining to cheating, forgery, and criminal breach of trust.

The arrest of the duo follows a complaint filed by Yogesh Lakhani, a film producer and the director of Bright Outdoor Media. The EOW is actively investigating multiple fraud cases involving Wadhwani.
