Sattva Pre-Launches Vasanta Cove In North Bengaluru

Sattva Group has announced the pre-launch of Sattva Vasanta Cove, a one-acre residential development within its Sattva Urbana township in North Bengaluru. The project comprises a triangular 12-storey tower offering 200 studio and 1BHK homes, located approximately five minutes from Kempegowda International Airport. Homes are priced from Rs 5.4 million onwards.

The launch comes amid sustained infrastructure growth in North Bengaluru, supported by the expansion of Kempegowda International Airport, the upcoming Blue Line of Namma Metro, and the development of office campuses, aerospace and technology parks across Hebbal and the Aerospace Park region. Industry estimates indicate 15 to 25 per cent price appreciation in the micro-market over the past three to four years.

Within Sattva Urbana, Vasanta Cove is positioned for young professionals and first-time buyers seeking proximity to employment hubs. The project incorporates co-working spaces, creative studios, meditation zones, pickleball courts and landscaped areas instead of a conventional clubhouse format.

Implementation Status of Jal Jeevan Mission

Since August 2019 the Government has implemented Jal Jeevan Mission to provide assured potable water through household tap connections in rural India. At the start of the mission only 32.3 million (mn) rural households, representing 16.7 per cent, were reported to have tap water connections. States and union territories have reported that 125.8 mn additional rural households have since been provided with tap connections. Empowering Local Governance for Sustainable Rural Water Supply

The Ministry of Jal Shakti has aligned the Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) with the 73rd Amendment to strengthen village level planning and community ownership of water supply. Gram Panchayats, village water and sanitation committees and Pani Samitis are to plan, implement, manage and maintain piped water systems, with gram sabha processes formalising handover and oversight.
