Shubhashish Homes Shifts HQ to Mahindra SEZ

Shubhashish Homes has announced the relocation of its corporate office to a new facility at Mahindra SEZ, Jaipur, marking a key milestone in its growth journey. The move follows strong operational performance, with the company recording a turnover of Rs 2.11 billion in FY 2024–2025 and setting a target of over Rs 4 billion for FY 2025–2026.
Founded in 2018, the developer has emerged as one of Rajasthan’s fastest-growing real estate brands, guided by its philosophy, “We value relationships. Forever.” It has delivered and launched four projects in Jaipur—Shubhashish Geeta, Shubhashish Prakash, Shubhashish Marina, and Shubhashish Forest—each focused on sustainable design, construction excellence, and nature-centric living. The company is now expanding geographically, with two upcoming projects planned in Indore and Prayagraj. Kapil Dev has been appointed Brand Ambassador, reinforcing its values of leadership and trust.
The upcoming headquarters at Mahindra SEZ has been conceived as a modern workspace designed to support collaboration and future expansion. The office will feature advanced boardrooms, ergonomic workstations, digital infrastructure, ample parking, an in-house banquet hall, and a dedicated Shubhashish Homes Experience Centre. Facilities will also include a Box Cricket Arena, a café and mess serving daily meals, guest rooms for visiting partners, breakout zones, and a gymnasium. Shuttle services will be introduced to improve commuting convenience.
Located within Mahindra SEZ, the new office benefits from strong connectivity to Jaipur Ring Road and key city destinations, along with access to nearby schools, banks, cafés, and essential amenities. As part of the transition, the company will lease its current premises at Shubhashish Corporate Tower, Rathore Nagar, Jaipur.
The move represents a significant step in Shubhashish Homes’ evolution into a multi-city real estate brand with national aspirations. With its expanding portfolio, growing team, and commitment to innovation and community-focused development, the company aims to continue delivering homes that foster well-being and long-term value.
