Sunday PropTech Pays Dividend from Operating Cash Flows

Sunday PropTech (OYO Assets), a PRISM-backed hospitality ownership platform, has announced a dividend payout to shareholders under its capital return policy. The company distributed 5 per cent of its annual EBITDA, funded through operating cash flows, reflecting disciplined capital allocation and improving earnings visibility.
Focused on premium hospitality assets, Sunday PropTech aims to deliver stable returns alongside long-term capital appreciation. In its first full year of operations, the company is scaling its global portfolio of premium and mid-premium hotels, targeting strong year-on-year growth in FY27 supported by a robust pipeline and improving operating leverage. Its portfolio is currently operating at a proforma EBITDA of around Rs 0.6 billion.
Saurav Agarwal, Board Member, Sunday PropTech, said, “Our objective is to build a high-quality hospitality asset portfolio that delivers both sustainable growth and consistent cash returns. The dividend payout reflects the strength of our operating model and our confidence in the long-term cash-generating potential of the company, while continuing to reinvest prudently for future growth.”
The company recently acquired eight premium serviced-apartment hotels, which will operate under PRISM’s brand ecosystem, including Sunday Hotels and Belvilla. Valued at approximately Rs 8 billion, the acquisition was funded through a mix of debt and equity. The assets will leverage PRISM’s technology, distribution and revenue management platforms to enhance occupancy, optimise pricing and improve margins.
