Trinity to Launch Rs 12 Bn Luxury Housing Project in Gurugram

Trinity, a real estate developer based in the National Capital Region (NCR), has begun construction on its Rs 12-billion ultra-luxury residential project, Sky Palazzo Residences, in Gurugram. Situated in Sector 88B along the Dwarka Expressway, the project recently received RERA approval and is scheduled for completion by 2029.

Spanning approximately 11 acres, Sky Palazzo Residences will introduce North India’s first man-made beach residences, a concept popular in international markets like Dubai. The project is expected to create over 5,000 jobs, both directly and indirectly, through its development and associated services.

In its first phase, the development will offer 345 high-end residential units, including 3 and 4 BHK configurations. These homes are designed with a four-side open layout, private lift lobbies, double-height decks, and generous floor-to-ceiling heights of 3.65 meters.

The project will also include a 1.5 lakh square foot clubhouse and will be surrounded by extensive green landscapes. Its strategic location at the junction of National Highway 352W (Jaipur Highway) and the 75-meter-wide Upper Dwarka Expressway ensures strong connectivity. It lies just 400 meters from the main Dwarka Expressway and about 1 kilometre from the upcoming Global City.

Sky Palazzo Residences is positioned as a premium offering, aimed at high-net-worth individuals and luxury home buyers seeking a blend of opulence, convenience, and futuristic design.
