Trump Organization Debuts First Commercial Project in India

Tribeca Developers, a luxury real estate firm based in Mumbai, has announced the launch of the Trump World Center in Pune’s Koregaon Park. This development marks India's first Trump-branded office space. The project will feature luxury office spaces with a total development potential of 1.6 million square feet. A portion of the offices will be sold under the strata model, while the remaining space will be leased to tenants.

Tribeca holds the exclusive licensing rights for the Trump brand in India, an arrangement made with The Trump Organisation, owned by the Donald Trump family. Previously, the company licensed the brand to developers such as Lodha and Panchshil for residential Trump Tower projects in Mumbai and Pune. Since then, Tribeca has shifted to actively participating in Trump-branded projects as a developer, working with real estate partners to launch Trump Tower projects in Gurugram and Kolkata.

For the Pune project, Tribeca has collaborated with Kundan Spaces, a Pune-based real estate firm. The project is being developed on a 4.3-acre plot and will feature two towers, each rising 27 storeys. The developers anticipate generating approximately Rs 25 billion in revenue from the strata-sold component.

This commercial development is positioned as a significant milestone for the Trump brand in India, further strengthening the partnership between Tribeca and The Trump Organisation. The Trump World Center Pune will include a high street retail segment and introduce India's first Trump Club, a premium networking space designed for business leaders. The Trump Club will offer meeting rooms, dining facilities, and other amenities to enhance business interactions within the property.
