Vertex Launches AI-Powered Co-Working Platform

Vertex Group has launched DK Vertex, which it describes as India's first full-stack smart co-working platform, backed by an investment of Rs 3 billion. The platform enters the market with over one million sq ft of workspace and more than 10,000 AI-enabled, built-to-suit seats across seven facilities in Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru and Mumbai.

Designed as an end-to-end workspace and business enablement platform, DK Vertex integrates services including IT, information security, payroll, hiring, analytics, account management, concierge support and a business networking marketplace through a single digital interface. The offering also includes podcast studios, ad shoot spaces, wellness and recharge zones, crèches, gyms, shuttle services and community networking initiatives.

According to the company, the platform addresses long-standing challenges in the co-working sector, including fragmented service delivery and operational inefficiencies, by bringing multiple business support functions under one ecosystem.

"The inspiration for DK Vertex came from our own journey scaling businesses in India. We saw first-hand how traditional workspaces were built for occupancy, not for how companies actually operate and grow," said Gagan Arora, Founder & President, Vertex Group. "With DK Vertex, we're offering a one-stop, full-stack, AI-powered platform where companies can focus on innovation and their people, and let us handle everything else."

The rollout includes five locations in Delhi-NCR and flagship centres in Bengaluru and Mumbai. Of the one million sq ft portfolio, 700,000 sq ft is dedicated to workspace, while 300,000 sq ft has been allocated to ancillary and recreational facilities. The company said 6,000 seats are already operational with 75 per cent occupancy, while an additional 4,000 built-to-suit seats are expected to go live over the next two months.

"Join industry leaders at RAHSTA Expo, India's premier platform for roads, highways and traffic infrastructure. Register now to explore innovations, network with experts and shape the future of mobility."
