Vibe Realty Acquires Two New Projects, Expands Footprint in Pune, Mumbai

Vibe Realty Private Limited (VRPL), founded by industry veteran Gopal Sarda, has acquired a joint development project in NIBM, Pune, and a redevelopment site in Bangur Nagar, Goregaon West, Mumbai. These acquisitions mark a major expansion in the company’s residential development portfolio.

The Pune project spans eight acres and offers 1.03 million square feet of saleable area across over 750 residential units. It is expected to launch in the second half of the financial year with a projected sales value of Rs 6.5 billion. Amenities will include a landscaped environment, a 12,000-plus square feet clubhouse, a modern gymnasium, and a swimming pool.

In May 2024, VRPL secured its fourth redevelopment site in Mumbai on a 4,000 square metre plot in Goregaon West, with a development potential of 0.35 million square feet and estimated revenue of over Rs 2.9 billion.

With previous acquisitions in Khar West, Bandra East, Andheri East, and Goregaon West, VRPL now has a total development potential of 2.7 million square feet and a gross development value exceeding Rs 20 billion. Projects worth Rs 11 billion are expected to launch within the next ninety days.
