Bondada Engineering Q1 PAT Rises 29% to Rs 539.4 Million

Bondada Engineering reported a 29 per cent year-on-year increase in consolidated profit after tax to Rs 539.4 million for the first quarter of FY27, supported by strong project execution and operational efficiencies.

Consolidated revenue from operations rose 24 per cent to Rs 6.91 billion during the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company attributed the growth to an expanding project portfolio and sustained momentum across renewable energy, telecom, EPC and engineering services.

Profit before tax increased 27 per cent to Rs 727.1 million, reflecting disciplined cost management and improved scalability across the company’s diversified infrastructure businesses.

The standalone business also maintained its growth trajectory. Revenue from operations increased 23 per cent to Rs 6.26 billion, while profit after tax rose 21 per cent to Rs 477 million.

Dr Bondada Raghavendra Rao, Chairman and Managing Director, Bondada Engineering Limited, said the performance reflected the resilience of the company’s business model, execution capabilities and customer confidence.

He added that accelerating investments in renewable energy, power infrastructure, telecom and emerging technologies are expected to create further growth opportunities for the company.

CA Baratam Satyanarayana, Whole-Time Director and Chief Financial Officer, said disciplined financial management, prudent cost control and efficient capital deployment had strengthened the company’s financial position.
