BPTP Appoints Sanjay Sharma as Chief Operating Officer

BPTP Limited has appointed Sanjay Sharma as Chief Operating Officer to lead its Project Development function across residential, commercial and township projects.

In his new role, Sharma will oversee end-to-end project delivery, including contracts and procurement, planning, safety, quality, cost management and schedule control.

He brings more than three decades of experience in real estate development and large-scale project execution. His experience spans residential, commercial and township developments, with a focus on delivering complex projects within quality and timeline requirements.

Before joining BPTP, Sharma held senior leadership roles at DLF, Runwal Realty, Puravankara, Emaar India and Eldeco Group. His responsibilities included project execution, delivery planning and operational oversight.

Vishal Singh, Chief Human Resources Officer, BPTP Limited, said Sharma’s experience in delivering large-scale developments would strengthen the company’s project development and delivery capabilities as it expands its presence across the National Capital Region.

Commenting on his appointment, Sharma said he would focus on strengthening systems and processes to support the consistent and timely delivery of high-quality projects.

Sharma holds a B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering from Aligarh Muslim University.
