Brigade Enterprises Sees Nearly Threefold Profit Surge in Q4

Realty firm Brigade Enterprises Ltd reported a nearly three-fold increase in its consolidated net profit for the March quarter, reaching Rs 2.06 billion. This significant growth was attributed to a substantial rise in income, up from a net profit of Rs 692.5 million in the same period last year.

The company's total income surged to Rs 17.62 billion in the fourth quarter of the last fiscal, compared to Rs 8.72 billion in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

For the entire 2023-24 fiscal year, Brigade Enterprises achieved a net profit of Rs 4.51 billion, up from Rs 2.91 billion the previous year. Additionally, the total income for the fiscal year increased to Rs 50.64 billion, compared to Rs 35.63 billion in the 2022-23 fiscal year.

The impressive financial performance highlights Brigade Enterprises' strong growth trajectory, driven by increased revenue and strategic initiatives in the real estate sector.
