Eco Hotels Partners With Riya To Expand Global Reach

Eco Hotels and Resorts Limited (Eco Hotels) has entered a strategic partnership with Riya Travel & Tours (Riya) to expand its domestic and international distribution reach. The collaboration will enable Eco Hotels to strengthen its distribution network and increase visibility across retail and corporate channels. The announcement was made through a regulatory filing to the stock exchange and on the company website officially.

Under the arrangement Eco Hotels will be integrated into Riya Group’s B2B ecosystem and into Riya Connect, a proprietary platform that supports over 75,000 travel agents. The company’s offerings will also be included in Riya Holidays, the group’s leisure vertical that curates travel experiences. This integration is expected to present Eco Hotels’ portfolio to a broader and more diverse customer base across Riya’s domestic and global platforms.

The partnership aligns with Eco Hotels’ asset-light, distribution-led growth strategy, aiming to maximise occupancy, improve revenue per available room (RevPAR), and expand brand presence without significant capital deployment. Riya’s extensive corporate travel footprint is expected to bolster Eco Hotels’ meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions and corporate offerings, thereby enhancing banquet business and maintaining room occupancy throughout the year. Management anticipates that the collaboration will drive sustainable revenue growth and greater operational efficiency.

The company indicated that the alliance underlines its commitment to scaling sustainable hospitality and strengthening its position within the evolving travel and tourism sector. Eco Hotels expressed appreciation for the Riya Group leadership and said it looked forward to a long-term, mutually beneficial partnership focused on responsible tourism and value creation. The strategic move is part of a broader effort to make eco-conscious hospitality more accessible to travellers.
