The offering comprises a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to Rs 3.26 billion and an offer for sale of up to 1.89 million equity shares by existing shareholders. The shares have a face value of Rs 5 each.

The Mumbai-based company provides mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) solutions for data centres, Global Capability Centres (GCCs), and commercial and industrial projects. Its services cover technical design, engineering, procurement, project execution, testing and commissioning.

Varun Maniar, Managing Director, Electromech Infraprojects, said, ""Filing the DRHP is an important step for Electromech Infraprojects as we continue to build our capabilities across data centres and other mission-critical infrastructure. Our focus remains on strengthening our engineering and execution capabilities and delivering integrated solutions for increasingly complex infrastructure projects. We believe our experience across projects and our focus on execution will remain important as we work towards the company's next phase of growth.""

The company uses integrated procurement, engineering and quality control processes, supported by Building Information Modelling (BIM). The technology enables three-dimensional modelling of MEP systems to identify and resolve design clashes before construction begins.

According to the DRHP, repeat customers contributed 95 per cent of revenue from operations in FY26, compared with 89 per cent in FY25 and 87 per cent in FY24.

For FY26, the company reported consolidated revenue from operations of Rs 4.27 billion, earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) of Rs 465 million and profit after tax (PAT) of Rs 361.9 million.
