Greaves Cotton Appoints Manish Poddar Group CFO

Greaves Cotton Limited has appointed Manish Poddar as Group Chief Financial Officer with effect from 19 March 2026. He will be based in Mumbai and will lead the finance and information technology functions while supporting the Greaves.NEXT strategy for sustainable growth across Energy, Mobility and Industrial Solutions. He has held senior roles at Greencell Mobility, GMM Pfaudler Limited and Diversey, where he contributed to improved financial performance and transformation initiatives. His experience includes engagements with promoter groups and private equity investors, including Bain Capital and Chrys Capital.

Poddar will succeed Akhila Balachandar, who will step down to pursue the next stage of her professional career.
