Udaipur, 3rd July 2025: Hindustan Zinc Limited (NSE: HINDZINC), the world’s largest integrated zinc producer, has made a significant stride towards enhancing workplace equity with the launch of its Guidebook to Inclusive Language. This move underscores the company’s strong commitment to creating a respectful, diverse, and inclusive work environment. The guidebook serves as a framework to encourage inclusive communication, promote sensitivity towards various communities, and support equitable practices throughout the organization.

The Guidebook was launched on Hindustan Zinc’s homegrown #Zinclusion platform, which aims to embrace diversity in all forms, including LGBTQIA+, differently-abled individuals, and people from various geographies and ethnicities. The launch featured a panel discussion on ‘Allyship,’ led by the company’s CEO Arun Misra and Dr. Sanjay Sharma, Retired Air Commodore, AIF Member, and Transgender Healthcare & Social Inclusion Activist.

The company’s use of Industry 4.0, robotics, and automation has standardized work processes, eliminating manual interventions and providing valuable career advancement opportunities in this high-growth sector.
