Ashar Arize Attracts Lenskart, Clove Dental and More to Kalwa

Ashar Group has announced that Lenskart and Clove Dental will soon open high-street outlets at its flagship residential project, Ashar Arize in Kalwa, redefining the locality’s retail profile.

The two national brands will operate from 600 sq. ft. spaces at Ashar Arize, adding healthcare and lifestyle credibility to Kalwa, which is rapidly emerging as a self-sustaining micromarket. The retail plaza spans 20,000 sq. ft. with units ranging from 300 to 800 sq. ft., offering prime frontage and strong connectivity to market hubs. Located near the station, it ensures steady footfall supported by the residential catchment.

The retail zone has received its Occupation Certificate, with shop possession underway.

Commenting on the development, Ayushi Ashar, Director, Ashar Group, said: “With Lenskart and Clove Dental taking space at Ashar Arize, we are witnessing Kalwa’s retail renaissance unfold in real time. It reaffirms our vision for Ashar Arize — not just to build homes but to create a lifestyle ecosystem that attracts residents and brands.”

Kalwa’s retail and residential growth is being fuelled by infrastructure projects including the Kalwa-Airoli elevated corridor, Metro Line 5, and initiatives under the Thane Smart City Mission. Ashar Group is also in discussions with multiple Grade-A brands, including food chains, premium grocery stores, and lifestyle retailers, to further elevate Ashar Arize into Kalwa’s premier retail destination.
