Jenika Appoints Suresh Mansharamani to Drive IPO-Led Growth

Widely respected business coach and India’s prominent OKR (Objectives and Key Results) expert Suresh Mansharamani has joined Jenika Ventures to lead performance transformation, market expansion, and long-term value creation.

Jenika Ventures, a leading real estate consultancy in commercial and residential space, has welcomed renowned business coach and OKR (Objectives and Key Results) expert Suresh Mansharamani as a Scale-Up Mentor and Board Advisor. The association marks a major milestone in Jenika’s journey toward its ambitious goals, including achieving a Rs 2 trillion valuation by 2029 and preparing for an IPO within the next 18 months.

Mansharamani brings over four decades of entrepreneurial and coaching experience, having transformed more than 5,000 SMEs across sectors such as real estate, hospitality, manufacturing, and wealth management. He is widely recognised as India’s first OKR coach and has worked with some of the country’s most respected real estate companies. His expertise in performance frameworks, strategic scaling, and IPO readiness aligns seamlessly with Jenika Ventures’ mission to build a transparent, innovation-led, and customer-first organisation.

Commenting on the partnership, Abhishek Raj, Founder & CEO of Jenika Ventures, said, “Bringing Suresh Mansharamani on board is a transformational step for Jenika Ventures. His unparalleled expertise in OKRs, IPO readiness, and performance-driven culture will be critical as we move toward becoming the most authentic, transparent, and professional real estate company in the world. With his mentorship, we are confident of not just scaling operations but also building a purpose-driven, innovation-led organization that creates long-term stakeholder value.”

Mansharamani will provide strategic guidance across key verticals and initiatives, including the company’s high impact on luxury residential developments across India and Dubai. This milestone announcement goes beyond an advisory appointment, as it signifies Jenika Ventures' intent to institutionalize performance, investor confidence, and community value creation.

Sharing his perspective, Suresh Mansharamani stated, “Jenika Ventures' vision aligns perfectly with my mission to enable structured growth for India’s most promising enterprises. I am excited to work closely with their leadership team to institutionalize OKRs, strengthen execution, and build a future-ready organization that thrives on accountability, clarity, and innovation. Together, we aim to set new benchmarks in the Indian and international real estate landscape.”

In addition to his business coaching accomplishments, Mansharamani is the founder of Tajurba, a fast-growing community commerce platform aimed at empowering 1 crore MSMEs in India. Through Tajurba, he is working to enable 500 SMEs to go public and help create 100 unicorns over the next five years. His broader mission perfectly complements Jenika Ventures’ focus on long-term, sustainable value creation.

This partnership is expected to bring transformational change within Jenika Ventures by embedding OKRs across all levels, enabling data-driven decisions, enhancing investor readiness, and building a culture of high performance and accountability. As the company expands its presence in new markets, both in India and globally, this strategic alliance with Suresh Mansharamani will act as a powerful catalyst for innovation, growth, and excellence.
