KREEVA Appoints Ankur Balendu Dwivedi as Senior VP and Head of Sales

KREEVA, the real estate arm of Kanodia Group, has appointed Ankur Balendu Dwivedi as Senior Vice President and Head of Sales. With over 20 years of experience in the Indian real estate sector, Dwivedi brings expertise in managing sales operations, luxury and commercial portfolios, and product launches across key markets.

In his new role, he will lead KREEVA’s sales strategy, strengthen channel networks, enhance customer engagement, and drive revenue growth as the brand enters its next phase of expansion.

Dr Gautam Kanodia, Founder, KREEVA and Kanodia Group, said, “We are thrilled to have Ankur join the KREEVA leadership team. His extensive experience and proven track record perfectly align with our vision of catering to high-potential micro-markets across NCR, particularly in Gurugram, where demand for premium residential offerings is growing rapidly.”

Prior to joining KREEVA, he held senior roles with leading developers such as BPTP Ltd., Emaar India, Mahindra Lifespace Developers, Bestech, and Anant Raj. At BPTP, he achieved over Rs 3,500 crore in revenue during FY 2024–25.
