Krystal Wins Rs 650 Million MSEDCL Substation Contract

Krystal Integrated Services Limited (KISL), a leading provider of integrated facility management solutions, has secured a significant contract from the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL). Valued at approximately Rs 650 million (excluding taxes and duties) over three years, the work order covers Facility Management Services (FMS) and allied operations, including the operation and maintenance (O&M) of 33/11 kV, 33/22 kV, and 22/11 kV substations or switching stations across Maharashtra.
Under the agreement, Krystal will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations, preventive maintenance, and rapid response to faults and emergencies across MSEDCL’s substations. The company will deploy qualified technical personnel to uphold critical electrical infrastructure in line with strict safety, quality, and regulatory requirements—ensuring uninterrupted and safe power delivery to residential, commercial, and industrial users statewide.
Commenting on the contract, Sanjay Dighe, CEO & Whole-Time Director of Krystal Integrated Services, said, “This award reflects our technical strength and reliability in managing critical infrastructure. We are committed to supporting safe and efficient power distribution throughout Maharashtra.”
The contract reinforces Krystal’s growing presence in India’s public utilities sector and adds to its expanding portfolio of infrastructure management projects. It was secured in the ordinary course of business.
