Max Estates Appoints Vachan Singh as COO – Projects

Max Estates, a leading real estate developer in the NCR, has announced the appointment of Vachan Singh as Chief Operating Officer – Projects. In this role, he will lead the project development vertical and report directly to Sahil Vachani, Vice Chairman and Managing Director, Max Estates. 

Mr Singh brings over 35 years of experience in project management, execution, design, operations, contracts, sales, marketing, and business strategy. Prior to joining Max Estates, he served as COO and Business Head – Mumbai Urban Cluster at Adani Realty, where he managed a development portfolio of over 35 million sq ft. His responsibilities included P&L oversight, design and execution, procurement, value engineering, planning, sales and marketing, and annual operating plans. 

He has also held senior leadership roles at Oberoi Realty, L&T Realty, Mahagun, Tata Housing, and DLF. 

Singh’s appointment bolsters Max Estates’ leadership team with deep operational expertise and industry insight, supporting the company’s growth plans across residential and commercial segments in Delhi NCR.

Kochi Metro Records 1.375 mn Rise In Passengers In FY26

Kochi Metro recorded a marginal rise in ridership in the financial year 2025-26, carrying 1.375 mn more passengers than in the previous year.
