Monolithisch India Launches ‘Monoramix Experts’ Programme

Monolithisch India, one of the fastest-growing industrial manufacturers specialising in high-quality premixed ramming mass, has launched a dedicated training initiative — ‘Monoramix Experts’ — to develop specialised talent for high-performance refractory lining applications.

The certification programme is structured across three levels, designed to equip participants with the skills necessary for mastering complex lining tasks, optimising furnace performance, and leading site operations. With a strong emphasis on hands-on training, safety, and operational efficiency, the initiative aims to create a talent pool ready to meet the evolving demands of the steel and foundry industries.

Training Levels:
  • Level 1 – Beginner: Introduction to refractories, Monoramix handling, tools, furnace types, and safety protocols
  • Level 2 – Intermediate: Application techniques under varying conditions, quality control, surface preparation, and troubleshooting
  • Level 3 – Advanced: Advanced lining strategies, furnace optimisation, and site leadership training
Commenting on the launch, the company management said, “Through this certification, we’re not just recognising skill — we’re empowering a new generation of technically proficient professionals who will set higher standards in refractory application. The Monoramix Experts programme is a testament to our commitment to deliver value that extends far beyond the product, ensuring excellence at every stage of implementation.”
Participants will undergo classroom and on-site training under the mentorship of experienced industry experts. After completing the first two levels, trainees will be deployed on live industrial sites for practical experience and performance assessment.

Monolithisch India Limited also plans to offer full-time employment opportunities to select high-performing candidates. These professionals may be deployed at major steel and foundry plants across India, ensuring enhanced technical support for clients through:

  • Superior lining quality
  • Improved furnace performance
  • Reduced maintenance costs and downtime
  • Extended service life of refractory linings
