Over 800 participants took part in the Anant Raj Runathon 2025 in Gurugram, marking Earth Day with a vibrant celebration of fitness and sustainability. The not-for-profit institute will nurture talent and strengthen India’s position as a global creative hub, marking a major step towards digital and economic empowerment.Indian Railways has signed a MoU with the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) for the installation of four state-of-the-art Automatic Wheel Profile Measurement Systems (AWPMS). This advanced technology enables non-contact, real-time monitoring of train wheel geometry using laser scanners and high-speed cameras. DMRC will oversee procurement, supply, installation, and commissioning of the units. This strategic move marks Indian Railways’ commitment to modernising infrastructure and adopting cutting-edge solutions for safer, smarter, and more efficient rail operations.
