ORGATEC India 2025 to Shape Next-Gen Workspaces

The global benchmark in workplace innovation, ORGATEC, is set to make its India debut with ORGATEC India 2025, bringing the world’s leading platform for office design and workspace solutions to one of the fastest-growing office markets.

Organised by Koelnmesse Pvt. Ltd., the inaugural Indian edition of ORGATEC Cologne will be held from 4–6 November 2025 at the Jio World Convention Centre, Mumbai. The event will unite global brands, architects, designers, workspace planners, and corporate leaders to co-create the future of work through design excellence and innovation.

“India’s workspace ecosystem is evolving rapidly, driven by hybrid work cultures and a growing focus on sustainability. The exhibition will feature 100+ leading domestic and international brands from over 15 countries, showcasing cutting-edge solutions in workspace design, furniture, lighting, acoustics, flooring, technology, and facility management. Key exhibitors include Haworth India, KOKUYO, HumanScale, Nilkamal, Godrej Interio, Spacewood Office Solutions, AFC Systems, and Wipro Enterprises Pvt. Ltd.

Supported by industry bodies such as AESA, Africa Facilities Management Association, CGAI, CRISP, ESC, INBA, MAIT, and NASSCOM, the event reinforces ORGATEC India’s role as a hub for innovation and collaboration in India’s workspace and design ecosystem.

With India’s office space absorption exceeding 70 million sq ft in 2024, ORGATEC India 2025 serves as a strategic platform for global manufacturers and Indian decision-makers to source next-generation workspace solutions.

The event will also host the Workplace Dialogues programme, along with knowledge sessions, live demos, and interactive workshops on themes like sustainability, hybrid work, and AI-driven workspace design.

Highlight segments include a Global Exhibitor Showcase, Design District, and Innovation & Start-Up Pavilion, featuring emerging ventures in furniture, lighting, and digital integration.
