Pidilite Announces Leadership Transition

Pidilite Industries has announced key leadership changes, with the Board of Directors approving the appointment of Sudhanshu Vats as Managing Director (MD) and Kavinder Singh as Joint Managing Director (JMD). These appointments will take effect from April 10, 2025, following the completion of Bharat Puri’s tenure as MD, a role he has held since April 10, 2015.

The Board expressed deep appreciation for Bharat Puri’s decade-long leadership, recognising his contributions in driving substantial growth and shareholder value. In recognition of his service, Puri has been appointed as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director for a three-year term from April 10, 2025, to April 9, 2028.

M.B. Parekh, Executive Chairman, Pidilite, stated, "We extend our sincere gratitude to Bharat for his outstanding leadership over the past decade. Under his guidance, Pidilite has achieved remarkable growth and created significant value.
