Raidurg Land Parcels Set for E-auction

The Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC) has placed two prime parcels in Raidurg on the block and will conduct e-auctions on May 28 and June one. The plots measure six point two nine acres and five point zero nine acres and are designated for multi-use development, permitting residential, commercial, retail or hospitality projects without reclassification. Their location and multi-use classification are cited as key selling points.

The six point two nine acre parcel in Survey No. 83/1 measures 30,452.61 sq. yd. and will be auctioned on May 28, while the five point zero nine acre parcel measures 24,672.28 sq. yd. and will be sold on June one. The upset price has been fixed at Rs 1,390 mn per acre, up from Rs 1,010 mn set in October 2025. TGIIC has set the pre-bid earnest money deposit at Rs 100 mn, with a pre-bid meeting scheduled at T-Hub, Raidurg, on May 18 and registration and payment deadlines on May 26 and May 29 respectively.

Officials have said the government expects bids to touch Rs 2,000 mn per acre, which would exceed the previous high of Rs 1,770 mn per acre recorded in the October auctions. That round generated Rs 31.55 bn from 18.67 acres, including a seven point six seven acre parcel bought by MSN Realty. A smaller zero point nine seven acre plot auctioned in November 2025 sold at the equivalent of zero point three four mn per sq. yd and contributed Rs 1,600 mn to the total.

Beyond Raidurg, TGIIC has been monetising land in other locations, including the sale on April 23 of 15.81 acres in Osmannagar, Sangareddy district, which raised Rs 7,683.6 mn. Rajapushpa Properties acquired a 10.09 acre parcel for Rs 5,170 mn, while Brigade Enterprises bought 5.72 acres for Rs 2,513.6 mn. The corporation continues to offer plots in the knowledge city and nearby districts as part of its asset realisation programme.
