ShipMaxx360 Becomes Independent, Targets 10,000 Brands by 2027

ShipMaxx360, a commerce technology platform developed within Losung360, has become an independent entity, bringing together software and managed services for India’s eCommerce and direct-to-consumer (D2C) businesses. The company aims to serve more than 10,000 brands by 2027.
The platform integrates order and inventory management, fulfilment, shipping, customer experience, marketing and compliance. It currently works with more than 1,100 brands and merchants.
According to the company, its shipping platform handles over 100,000 shipments monthly, while its warehouses process more than 150,000 shipments a month. Its network reaches over 28,000 PIN codes, with more than 1.1 million sq ft of warehouse space across over 10 Indian states through partners.
Three products underpin its technology offering: an Order Management System for processing orders across websites and marketplaces; a Warehouse Management System for inventory and warehouse operations; and a control tower providing visibility into orders, inventory, shipments and courier performance.
Managed services include ShipMaxx for multi-courier D2C shipping, SupplySphere for warehousing and fulfilment, SellerPro for automated growth marketing, ShipBulk for freight and quick-commerce replenishment, and StockBridge for seller-of-record compliance and distribution.
Krishna Gupta, Chief Executive Officer, ShipMaxx360, said: “Our objective is to simplify the operating stack for brands while giving them the technology and infrastructure required to scale efficiently.”
The company uses AI-enabled voice calls and WhatsApp automation for order confirmations and non-delivery follow-ups. Its roadmap includes ShipMaxx Insights to help reduce return-to-origin rates and improve conversions, predictive courier allocation, expanded automation and wider StockBridge coverage.
Losung360 will continue serving enterprise customers through warehousing, fulfilment and full-truckload transportation services. ShipMaxx360 has also introduced a new website and brand identity.

Cement manufacturers in India are likely to raise prices by Rs. 10-15 per bag from mid-October, as they seek to offset persistent increases in power and fuel costs. Emkay Research said its channel checks indicated a high probability of an increase from October 12, supported by the start of the busy construction season and favourable demand-supply conditions.
