SoftTech Engineers Wins CivitBUILD Order from SCON Projects

SoftTech Engineers Limited said SCON Projects Pvt. Ltd. has selected CivitBUILD, the company's artificial intelligence (AI)-powered construction enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform, to manage end-to-end project operations. The announcement, made on May 25, 2026, described the deployment as part of a digital transformation drive across industrial construction projects. The platform will centralise project controls and provide real-time oversight.

The implementation is reported to span an integrated set of modules including tender management, project management, material management, finance management, logistics management, labour management, sales management and production management. The scope covers planning, procurement, finance, workforce and analytics to streamline workflows. The deployment will support day-to-day execution and reporting across sites.

SCON Projects is described as a pan-India industrial construction and engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) company with 18 years plus experience delivering EPC, civil and pre-engineered building (PEB), mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) and heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) projects. The company has worked for clients such as Tata Chemicals, KSB Pumps and Indocount Industries across Maharashtra, Gujarat, Telangana and Karnataka among other states. It holds ISO certifications in quality, safety and environmental management. The release characterised the agreement as part of SCON's technology adoption to enhance project delivery.

CivitBUILD is presented as a cloud-based, all-in-one construction ERP purpose-built for developers, general contractors and turnkey firms and covering the full project lifecycle. The release noted clients have achieved up to 40 per cent improvement in project delivery time and up to 20 per cent cost reduction following deployments.
