Sri Lotus Launches Luxury Coastline Collection Across Mumbai

Sri Lotus Developers & Realty Limited (the company) has unveiled its first brand campaign, Luxury Coastline Collection, marking a strategic expansion beyond its stronghold in Juhu and Andheri West into Mumbai's most prestigious coastal micro-markets. The initiative comprises 11 waterfront projects across Versova, Juhu, Carter Road, Bandstand, Prabhadevi and Nepean Sea Road and is slated for completion within the next four years. The collection brings multiple landmark addresses under a single vision to present a unified approach to ultra-luxury coastal living previously unexplored at this scale in Mumbai.

The company said coastal living continues to attract high-net-worth individuals, non-resident Indians, celebrities and business families seeking privacy, panoramic views and location driven value. With limited supply of waterfront land, such developments retain strong demand and pricing power. The curated portfolio is positioned to capture this demand and to strengthen the company brand presence across major micro-markets of Mumbai.

Incorporated in 2015 and formerly known as AKP Holdings Limited, the company specialises in luxury and ultra-luxury residential and premium commercial projects with a focus on redevelopment in the western suburbs. It has completed four projects aggregating over 0.42 million (mn) sq. ft. of carpet area, with six ongoing and 12 upcoming developments covering around 2.76 mn sq. ft. of carpet area and around 2.05 mn sq. ft. of saleable area. The company manages end to end execution from design and construction to sales and customer engagement to ensure consistent quality and customer satisfaction.

The campaign is intended to build a unified identity for the ultra-luxury segment and to establish a larger footprint across the high value coastal corridor. Company leadership described the effort as setting a new benchmark for luxury living while leveraging expansive vision and execution strength. The launch is expected to strengthen brand recall and to support long term growth across South and Central Mumbai, Bandra and Versova.

The developers who will define this cycle are not those with the deepest pockets – they are the ones who have built the systems to execute on ..
