Tata Power, Tata Motors to Set Up 200 Fast-Charging Stations for EVs

Tata Power EV Charging Solutions Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Tata Motors Limited to establish 200 fast-charging stations for electric commercial vehicles (CVs) in key metro cities across India. This strategic collaboration will cover Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Bengaluru, and Kolkata, aiming to enhance India's electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure and support the growing fleet of electric CVs.

This initiative builds on the existing partnership between the two Tata Group companies, focusing on delivering easy and reliable charging solutions for small electric CVs. These chargers are located at accessible spots such as highways, malls, and residential complexes, facilitating the rapid adoption of electric mobility across the country.
