Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and Rezolve Ai have formed a global strategic partnership to scale agentic artificial intelligence across retail commerce. Announced on 12 May 2026 from New York and Mumbai, the collaboration marks TCS's entry into the agentic AI commerce market and aims to help retailers embed agentic AI into core commerce workflows at enterprise scale. TCS will leverage its global delivery network and enterprise relationships to take Rezolve Ai technology into production across multiple markets.

Under the agreement, TCS will enable retail enterprises to adopt Rezolve Ai's proprietary intelligent commerce platform, brainpowa, and the Brain Suite that supports agentic commerce capabilities. The specialised solutions are intended to create AI-led experiences across conversational commerce, intelligent discovery and agentic checkout while supporting integration of production-grade AI within core commerce systems. The partners will also use TCS Pace Port innovation centres to allow global retailers to trial solutions hands on and refine deployments for large-scale roll out.

Rezolve Ai's chief executive Daniel M. Wagner described the partnership as a major commercial milestone, noting that TCS brings reach, enterprise trust and global execution capability to accelerate enterprise adoption of agentic commerce. Shekar Krishnan, head of retail, UK and Europe at TCS, said enterprises are seeking AI solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes and that the collaboration combines TCS transformation capabilities with a specialised AI commerce platform built for real-world enterprise deployment. The partners emphasise responsible, enterprise-grade implementation.

TCS highlighted its wider AI strategy of industrialising Human plus AI decision-making systems and partnering with AI-focused firms to make AI practical and scalable for organisations.
