The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has automated the submission of Performance Monitoring Reports (PMRs) for telecom service providers, enhancing operational efficiency and supporting digital governance. This shift to a paperless system is in line with TRAI's efforts to streamline quality of service (QoS) monitoring, following the implementation of the revised QoS Regulations in October 2024. Telecom providers are now required to submit PMRs within 15 days after each reporting period, using APIs for wireless services and a user-friendly interface for wireline services.
