Veerhealth Care Receives Rs. 45.47 mn Face Care Products Order

Veerhealth Care has received an order valued at Rs. 45.47 mn from an undisclosed Indian Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company for the supply of face care products. The company disclosed the order in a regulatory filing with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).

The order has been awarded by a domestic entity and is required to be executed within 45 days. The company identified the nature of the contract as the supply of face care products, but did not disclose the name of the awarding entity because of confidentiality terms.

Veerhealth Care said the order represents an opportunity to expand its business and support growth in turnover. The filing did not provide further details on the product range, delivery schedule within the execution period or the commercial terms beyond the disclosed order value.

The company confirmed that neither its promoter or promoter group nor any group company has an interest in the entity that awarded the order. It also stated that the contract does not fall within the scope of related-party transactions.

The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 and Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015, along with the applicable SEBI master circular.
