Veerhealth Care Secures Rs. 45.47 mn Face Care Products Order

Veerhealth Care has received a domestic order from an undisclosed fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company for the supply of skincare products. The order has an accepted value of Rs. 45.47 mn and covers face care products for the customer.

The company disclosed the order in a corporate announcement filed under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements regulations. It said the customer’s identity was not being disclosed because of confidential terms associated with the order.

The order is to be executed within 45 days. The filing categorised the contract as a domestic order and identified its nature as the supply of face care products. No further commercial terms or product-level details were disclosed.

Veerhealth Care said the order represented an opportunity to expand its business and could support growth in turnover. The company did not provide a revised revenue outlook or quantify the expected contribution of the contract to its financial performance.

The filing also stated that the company’s promoter, promoter group and group companies had no interest in the entity awarding the order.
