Veerhealth Care Secures Rs. 45.47 mn Skincare Products Order

Veerhealth Care has received a domestic order from an unnamed fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company for the supply of face care products. The accepted value of the order is Rs. 45.47 mn, according to the company’s regulatory filing.

The awarding entity was not disclosed because of confidential terms. Veerhealth Care is required to execute the order within 45 days of receiving it, covering the manufacture and supply of the specified face care products.

The company said the order represented a significant business opportunity and anticipated that it would support additional growth in turnover. The filing did not provide details of the product quantities, delivery schedule within the execution period or the identity of the customer.

Veerhealth Care stated that neither its promoter, promoter group nor group companies had any interest in the entity that awarded the order. It also confirmed that the transaction did not fall within the scope of related party transactions.

The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 and Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements regulations, along with the applicable SEBI master circular. Veerhealth Care, which has its registered office in Mumbai and works in Vapi, Gujarat, requested that the information be taken on record.
